Add zest of 1 lemon to dry ingredients. Add 1 cup of heavy whipping cream and 3 tablespoons water. Turn out on floured surface and mix 1 minute. Pat into an 8 inch circle and cut into 8 triangles. Place on baking sheet with parchment paper brush with egg and sprinkle with sugar bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes
